January Seminars Wrapping Up

Today we are on our way to the Bay Area for our last round of live seminars for January.

  • Want to know whether you can make deductions from an exempt employee's salary?
  • Are many of your nonexempt employees paid on a salary basis?
  • Do you have part-time exempt employees?

If you are looking for the correct answers to these questions, join us in San Jose for a three-hour seminar on laws concerning hourly (nonexempt) and exempt employees.

This seminar follows our popular HR 201: California Labor Law Update seminar, which is all about what 2013 brings us in new employment laws, regulations and court cases -- everything from arbitration to workers' compensation and, of course, California's new pregnancy disability and disability discrimination regulations.

We end the week in Emeryille for the last HR 201 seminar. Hope to see some of you in San Jose or Emeryville!
