CalChamber Webinar: Conducting Workplace Investigations

CalChamber's employment law experts will hold a live webinar on workplace investigations to help California employers understand the investigation process, disciplinary actions and other issues related to conducting investigations that meet legal requirements.

Whether handled internally or externally, workplace investigations into allegations of harassment or other misconduct require thorough planning, impartiality and confidentiality.

The Conducting Workplace Investigations Webinar is scheduled for Thursday, November 15, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. CalChamber’s employment law experts will discuss:

  • Investigation basics
  • Planning the investigation
  • Who should conduct investigations
  • Third-party investigations
  • Recordkeeping and confidentiality
  • And much more

Registrants for the live webinar may submit questions to CalChamber's employment law experts during the event and will receive downloadable webinar slides.

Registration information for live webinars and seminars is available at the CalChamber store (click on "Training" under "Shop By Category"). Products are available for purchase by any business; CalChamber preferred and executive members receive a 20 percent discount.

The on-demand webinar, available beginning November 29, offers downloadable webinar slides and a recording of the live event. Customers who purchase the on-demand webinar will not be able to submit questions. Customers purchasing the kit (both the live and on-demand webinars) receive downloadable webinar slides and a recording of the live event.
