New COBRA Subsidy Model Notices and Updated Fact Sheet Available

The Department of Labor (DOL) has posted updated model notices reflecting the Temporary Extension Act of 2010. The DOL has reposted the Premium Reduction Fact Sheet to include information on the updated model notices.
